I wish there was a quick start guide… I wish there was a quick start guide for resetting the wallet included in the package or on the website. Apart from that, everything was great.

Unfortunately the product we ordered… Unfortunately the product we ordered was just not what we needed. Their returns process and customer service were excellent. The product was delivered quickly and was exactly as advertised. It just wasn't what we needed.

You have two very similar products You have two very similar products. Unfortunately I first saw the one that sounded like one I saw in a review. The other one is the one I really wanted, but did not initially see on your web page. Since they are so similar I wish I had seen them both before I ordered. Ironically the one I wanted and would have purchased cost more, so your product placement failed us both.
