Incomplete Customer Service My experience wasn’t great. I received an item that fit poorly, and while their customer support was initially quick to respond, they failed to properly process the return/refund and I had to make multiple requests to get it sorted.

Top class customer service Top class customer service. The shipment was lost twice and yet they shipped me a new one. Great product too and I will be buying additional products plus referring them to anybody interested in similar items.

The headphone charger no work… no help… The charger doesn’t work with headphones, on any headphones.. customer service was nice and I sent photos and videos as requested, no resolution,.. just more questions.. and emails asking to review the service I received.

Amazing Product! I have been looking for a Magsafe wallet with an embedded tracker for a while. I purchased and used the Apple one until it broke, and then I came across the Journey one. I'm very happy with the product quality and features (waterproof, RFID protection), storage (it keeps more than the five advertised cards), and tracking capability, so I bought two additional wallets for my wife and mother-in-law. Keep up the excellent work!
