GBThe headphone charger no work… no help… The charger doesn’t work with headphones, on any headphones.. customer service was nice and I sent photos and videos as requested, no resolution,.. just more questions.. and emails asking to review the service I received.

GBIncomplete Customer Service My experience wasn’t great. I received an item that fit poorly, and while their customer support was initially quick to respond, they failed to properly process the return/refund and I had to make multiple requests to get it sorted.

GBYou have two very similar products You have two very similar products. Unfortunately I first saw the one that sounded like one I saw in a review. The other one is the one I really wanted, but did not initially see on your web page. Since they are so similar I wish I had seen them both before I ordered. Ironically the one I wanted and would have purchased cost more, so your product placement failed us both.

GBTop class customer service Top class customer service. The shipment was lost twice and yet they shipped me a new one. Great product too and I will be buying additional products plus referring them to anybody interested in similar items.
