GBIncomplete Customer Service My experience wasn’t great. I received an item that fit poorly, and while their customer support was initially quick to respond, they failed to properly process the return/refund and I had to make multiple requests to get it sorted.

GBSlow charging The charging is sometimes incredibly slow both on my Apple Watch and IPhone. I love the concept of a 3 in 1 charger, but I can get up in the morning and my phone is at 50%.

GBSmooth transaction, product as described Smooth transaction, pretty fast delivery. Product is pretty good quality so far, but it’s early. It is a little bulky even without a phone case, but that’s part of it.
