CHCheck phone compatibility? Better info on website needed, but good if it works Ordered two sims for my friend at myself upon our visit to the US. The information on the website wasn't super clear, but there was helpful online chat. They arrived very fast, and we picked our activation date to be the day of arrival in the US. For my friend (Redmi phone), she just put the sim in and it worked, received a text with the phone number, all good. For me (Samsung), the data didn't work. I received and texted fine, I had signal, but the data sign was missing. I called for assistance, we added manually a LYCA network, and from that moment I barely had a very low signal here and there. I basically relied on my friend for google maps etc. We stayed within Philadelphia centre and Manhattan NY area, but apart from 5min for 2 times, I never had 4G, not even any lower type of signal.

GBNew US sim The sim I ordered arrived as promised via Fed Ex. It started operating on the day I requested although in the UK we are 5 hours in advance of New York so it started working in the afternoon/evening. A very efficient service.

SGDelay in delivery. Need to write in for them to send over after 3 business day as no acknowledgement from them after purchase. Website not stable, prompt to a website which blocked by antivirus program. Sim still deliver in the end, hope it's activated on that day as indicated on their website.

CAVery fast delivery Very fast delivery, albeit from Amazon, lol. The price in Canada quite high compared to USA. Haven’t used their services yet, but expect no problems, as I know others that have. Edit - May 13, 2023 Changed SIM card and the connection was seamless. All activities work as expected.

CAThe e-sim is working just fine The e-sim is working just fine, there are two things that would help the experience. 1. It would be good if it was clear on the website that the charges are in USD. My internet search specified Canada, so I expected to be charged in CAD. That is not the case. 2. It would be good if it was quite clear at the outset that the e-sim would be delivered by email on the day that it is to be activated, rather than at the time of order, with activation on the date of travel.
