My phone is still not working right the… My phone is still not working right the key pad not showing up now it having hard time to unlock my phone it voice activated I don't know how to get it off I can't go to my settings

When I first found out about this… When I first found out about this company, I had no idea what to expect. We'll I ended up using their services for a couple month's and ended up switching out for what I thought was a better "deal" with another phone service turns out they just switched me out of my tru connect and sent me a Sim card that didn't even work. Well my experience with Tru connection sky rocketed when they took me back with open arms! They totally understood, and sent out a new Sim card for me ASAP. I love the customer service they offer and easy use of the app. Love it, love it, love it. THANK YOU
