Easy to use access Easy to use access. I don't use this as often, but when I do it's like 123. Very convenient. Thanks digicel.

I am disappointed … During the process it said the person will receive $88.89 tt but when the process was completed the person only received $59 tt.. I felt deceived.

Top up was fast Top up was fast, easy and cheap. The first rate when buying the SIM card at the airport was a rip-off.

Dishonest company when you pay for a monthly plan for instance the company has no service for days still you get no compensation for their lock of service, I do not believe this is honest at all. This is not a one time ocurance, it is the common practice of the company here in Haiti. I tried to do top up instead but the company still find ways to still minutes. there is no customer service to deal with any complaint. As I say previously this is not honest. I do not know for other contry, but in Haiti everyone complaint about but has no recourse.
