Nice products, but returns are painful I have had Sena products before. They are great quality, nicely made, well designed. But I gave them a less than stellar rating due to the difficulty of initiating a return. The user interface is archaic compared to any other online shop I've encountered.

I researched competing products that… I researched competing products that would double as a wallet and an iPhone 13 Pro case. I wanted to pair down to 1 item doing double duty. Some of the alternatives simply attached to the rear of the phone and I just thought the risk of the card holder detaching was too great. This case is perfect. Love the magnetic snap to keep the cards, cash and drivers license secure. Rich upscale leather with excellent craftsmanship. I’ve received several compliments and inquiries using it over several days and extremely happy. Definitely would recommend the manufacturer and the specific model I bought.
