This business is trash This business is trash. They will offer you a price to buy your phone and then change their price when the phone arrives hoping to steal it from you. Then they reference the part of their agreement where you need to pay for return shipping to get your product back if they change their offer price. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND A SCAM. DO NOT SELL TO OR PURCHASE FROM.

exceptional customer service I had difficulty with updating the iPad without a PC and Nelson and the team at the refurbished apple store were exceptional with assisting with tips to try and also offered me a full refund minus shipping back to them which I did not mind paying.
