CASeamless Windows Support Most seamless VM install that I have used. As an IT Manager, I support Mac and PC. This allows me to use one computer to support both platforms. Using coherence mode, I can have my Windows apps open alongside Mac OS apps. This also lets me troubleshoot issues with both platforms without having to switch computers or boot into a different OS.

NLDisappointed with unfair business practices I bought Parallels Desktop 16, and after 3 years it stopped working completely (Windows crashes). Not just with Windows 11, any Windows version. I asked Parallels tech support if there's any Windows version I can use, and they said the only way is to upgrade by paying $69.99. I don't think is fair. I understand that you have to pay if you want to use newer Windows version, but it's not fair that you have to pay to use the same Windows version that I was using 3 years ago. I'm very disappointed with their unfair business practices. It's a shame because the product seems quite good otherwise.

LTImpossible to get support Impossible to get support. I wanted to cancel subscription but could not log in to the account. Tried to follow the steps given in their website but that didn't work. There is no way you could find the email address or someone to talk directly. Could not recommend and would say avoid this company. After looking at their forums, I can see many people have issues and some get the answers only in the forums. That looks like this company is still ages back.

AUDont use Parallels for games If you want to use Parallels for games dont. I figured this out the expensive way after buying Windows and Parallel only to find out that the larger game companies Block Virtual Machines. Including Riot, Epic and Steam. I feel like iv been scammed

CAWindows 11 Pro with TPM enabled just… Windows 11 Pro with TPM enabled just works without fuss. I can run my MS Power BI native which is my primary reason for running Parallels. Games are still a challenge, you can run Minecraft Dungeons quite well but most modern games lag too much to be considered playable. Maybe there should be a Parallels gaming version that places focus just on this?
