Rebtel It is not clear what the customer, me, is subscribed for. Exactly what. And for how long. I unsubscribed a subsription, but there was another one still going on. The quality of calls and connections is very good.

Avoid like a plague!! Avoid like a plague!!! I wonder where humanity went in this era where everyone is trying to fleece one another. First of all, this service is fraudulently advertised and yet can’t give the service as promised. I was in a desperate situation trying to contact the Department of Home Affairs in South Africa hence decided to use this service. I took the route of caution by only purchasing a £5 credit as opposed to their pre-chosen £13. Again, I used Apple Pay to avoid unauthorised payments as I have already done comments here. Unfortunately, my £5 hasn’t served its purpose, when I dial the SA number, the rebtel app redirects me to calling this number +44 333 241 4417. I have waited and waited to get connected until the call drops itself. By the time of writing this review, my £5 is still stuck in rebtel’s coffers doing nothing. Below is an extract from their so called support team. A chatbot!!! I'm sorry to hear that. Please ensure you have followed the correct process for making international calls. If you're using a top-up service, you usually have to dial an access number first, followed by your contact’s mobile number. If you're using an app like Rebtel, ensure it's properly set up. If the problem persists, please contact our support team. Shame on the developers and owners of this app; humanity demands honesty.
