I started using the app for a week ago… I started using the app for a week ago it's was great experience, the network was cleared and smoothly 😁

This seemed like a great idea to begin… This seemed like a great idea to begin with. I tried it for free, then signed up for a month, then upgraded to the cheaper 180-day package. Then the trouble started, I was paying more than I should and suddenly half of the calls weren't getting through. The support team were great to begin with - refunds and advice but when their system decided it could not see my phone's ID and there seemed no good reason for that, the support came to an end. Now I'm cancelling and moving to Skype
