I ordered the wrong size and have yet to receive a response back on how to return and get a credit. I have already purchased a new one in correct size. They took my money and didn't deliver the product ordered! Bouletta sent the wrong item in an incorrectly marked box. I followed their instructions for a return, but it was never acknowledged or authorized. They never answered my several emails and attempts to contact them. The item they sent is totally useless to me. I find the lack of customer service appalling, and I'm out a lot of money!
