FreeGrabApp Amazon Video Tool Even if it doesn't have many settings - it's a very powerful tool. It's like a good worker - it's unspectacular and does its job very well. Once the few settings have been made (no one needs more settings), then search for everything you want to download and everything will be downloaded reliably. You can even download entire seasons of series with just a few clicks! I've been looking for such a program for a long time - but there is no better solution.

Will the developers of this app ever get it to work again? The FreeGrabApp programs have not been working for a couple of months now. FlixGrab which is supposed to allow you to download from most streaming services stopped suddenly at the beginning of February. I contacted FreeGrabApp to ask what was going on, they immediately closed off my support ticket request with no reply. Everyone else on HERE who has contacted them has had the same result. They just close off support ticket requests. Ironically, whenever FreeGrabApp reply to negative postings on here, they say "Send your problem or wish to this link" and redirect you back to the support ticket page. WHAT IS THE POINT OF POSTING NEW SUPPORT TICKETS IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO CLOSE THEM OFF? So, for the admin of FreeGrabApp, tell us honestly ON HERE IN YOUR REPLY without using the words "send your problem or wish", will the FlixGrab and other applications ever work again, or have you just decided to run off with everyones money? UPDATED ON 8th of APRIL So, FreeGrabApp have just replied to my review after I specificall asked them to give a proper reply and not use the words "send your problem or wish" etc etc. They've replied with the same old rubbish reply of "Send your problem or wish" and the support website URL. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THAT? YOU WILL JUST DELETE THE REQUEST AS YOU ALWAYS DO! So I can only conclude that FreeGrabApp have no intention of fixing their software. They are still selling their software WHICH NO LONGER WORKS and charging customers for a one year licence. If you do buy a licence while it's not working, and paid with PayPal, make sure you open a dispute and get your money back. FreeGrabApp are basically conning all their customers now.

More then a month ago your application is not working, i also report a bugged complain, i keep messaged on it but not from support even technical team no one is replying. Then on which bases you required star rating. Please explain?

Very good product with affordable price I bought the Freenetflix downloader from FreegrabApp yesterday. I received the key few second after and the activation was very easy. It worked immediately. I let it download few Netflix movies, and I was very glad because every thing worked perfectly. I do not know for the future, but at the moment, I am satisfied with the App. The price of the app is also cheap compared to other Netflix downloader. I do recommend this.
