Sam in tech support did a fantastic gob. I would recommend these guys to any one needing professional computer assistance and the same for new computers.. Grateful customer for 20 yrs.

Adam was quick to explain what was going on and resolved the situation just as quickly. Adam was quick to explain what was going on; took things to the next level by double checking to make sure everything was in good working order. Warned me about possible scams. Was not only knowledgeable, but also patient and explained things clearly.

Great Support I had another issue with one of the two desktop computers we purchased from Vision last fall. These are just one set out of 4 complete sets of computers we have bought over the past 25 years from Vision. I have found them to be very reliable and their technical support to be fantastic.
