The 1st order was smooth. The 2nd order took a while and I wanted to check what was happening via their live chat. There was a misunderstanding about the PayPal payment, but staff online as Scott and William on chat calmed me down and resolved the problem very smoothly. I was very relived and got all the items i ordered. I would recommend this site for anyone looking for Animal Crossing items as I know of there's any issue they will resolve it fast on their live chat-very helpful staff Recommended!
