Excellent Helpfulness Today! The Technician was excellent in his helpfulness today. He enabled my printer to be able to print again and he also helped me to use the BCC ability in printing a letter. I appreciated his patience with my questions & his answers.

I contact the customer service support… I contacted the customer service support to show me how to scan my document. He was patient and showed me how to scan and file my document.
