The offer was reasonable and they stuck to it, I would use them again for future trade ins over others I've worked with.

Phone being traded in was not yet a year old and was brand new yet they nitpicked condition solely on usb port scratches? The phone had always been put in a case! I needed to sell the phone so I accepted because I didn't want to go through ebay and customer risk. Would not recommend other than they honor the speed of their lowball payment.
