The platform is really user friendly, which is something I can’t say about the out power dialers I’ve used in the past. I enjoyed using their dialer software… I enjoyed using their dialer software for over 1.5+ year. It's perfect for my small business who was making around 20,000-30,000 calls per month. The thing I enjoy the most is it is robust and its customization features. The support team was super helpful in answering my questions when I need help starting out.
