Your PC is connected with their technician. that handles the installation. It's great. Above all, I do not speak English. I translated with google. NLUpdates, upgrades, remote support etc. I've been using live support for a while. I am working with a lot of differenent company's but SECPOINT really has it going. Remote support, login, changes, fixes, requests... it does not matter. They'll follow up. Need something done? A new release, made especially for you, is sitting NBD right there. Love it. Like it.
