Terrible ! Order placed for a Christmas present with a delivery estimate before Christmas. Tracking number given with confusing messages. Told to email to look into. No answer to my emails. Tried calling number on the website and it does not work! I’m having to assume now this won’t arrive and my money is lost. If this can be resolved I will change this review but I feel people need to be aware this site may not be what it seems !
