Fast shipping and great customer service Silicon cables had no defects and were delivered within 10 days. The customer service is top notch they respond back to emails same.day. doesn't sound important but not having to wait 24-72 hrs for someone to answer a simple question is great.

ordered a cable for my graphics card ordered a cable for my graphics card. description said it was compatible and it wasn't. Can't get a response to initiate refund or return. Tried the chat and support email and no response Update! So after a few days support from modDIY did reach out and they offered to send me a cable that was direct to my power supply it works fantastically and looks great!! If you run into issues with these guys do not hesitate to contact support although it may take abit to get a response when you do, you can bet your issues will be resolved

The most impressive experience I ever had They sell niche components you literally cannot find anywhere else. They saved my GPU and literally sent me another cable for free after I ordered the wrong one. Their customer service was impeccable and seriously amazing.
