Ordering.co Is Solid Ordering.co was very helpful in getting the website up and running for us. Professional team, solid onboarding and very good tutorials for UI and admin features. Tech support was knowledgeable, though I wish they had it 24/7. We ended up utilizing another platform, but that was more a personal choice than anything else. We still keep ordering.co in our back pocket for the future.

They threat me and hack my site. Seriously Contact them a week ago in order to find a solution for my online delivery site. After a few coversations with tha sale team i inform them that i finally pick up a different solution. Then the conversation with their sale became very stange.... Seriously they threat me that i will go to jail if dont switch from another platform to their Ordering.co beacause the other platform is no secure, i will have gpdr issue etc Seriously ! And then they hack, as they mention my site, and stole all my users data and paswords. I dont know if they did or not... 5 years with Ordering.co We have been with ordering for the last 5 years. I must say so much has improved with their technology and their customer support (tickets crated are responded within minutes😊). We recently upgraded our system to the v5 and our customers love all the new features. Their amazing team from Uriel, Elliot and Luisana who are so swift with their responses and execution. They made the entire transition very smooth. We are very grateful for them and we are happy clients!

Additionally, they are very receptive to innovative ideas, often turning them into tangible realities. Their customer service is commendable. Typically, responses are received within the same day, or at the latest, by the next business day. My only wish is that they also provided support on weekends for urgent needs. I'm located in the USA
