So far, So good.... Daniel the sales rep was quick and informative. He answered the questions I had at the time of purchase and walked me through a brief zoom screen share. Thus far my experience has been smooth and seamless, the manager interface is well built, and user interface seems convenient for users.

Everything started to go wrong when we started customizing. I did a lot of research and found that edirectory had the best platform for what we were looking for. Everything was going well until we did some customizations. Once we did that, it has been working on and off for months and months. It takes weeks to fix it each time and then it happens again and again with no real solution in sight. Operating an online company that isn't working properly effects revenue and reputation. They don't even seem to care or offer a permanent solution. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.
