The confirmation email said I'd get notification when it was shipped. I didn't receive this but got a quick response when I contacted them about it. My card was also used to buy things in Poland - I cant prove this is related but this was the only new site I bought from in the previous weeks. I would buy again but with a prepaid c/c

I recently purchased a camera drone… I recently purchased a camera drone from A1 smart shop and on opening the package was disappointed to find the lcd screen had been smashed in transit. After 2 or 3 emails back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement controller. No taxes, thrustworthy I didn’t trust the shop, because I’d never heard of it. The promises about not having to pay taxes made me reactivate my paypall account and order a drone. Shipping took almost a month, but the results were there. Exactly as ordered, without taxes. the parcel wasn’t sent from the EU but from China, which made me worry about the taxes. would order again with a1smartstore.
