FSP is great, check them out. If you are looking for a completely silent PC, then this is the place to order one. I checked other fan less pc builders, but none had the latest Intel generations available. Not only did Fully Silent PCs have the latest but the overall cost was cheaper than the other guys. You can email Matt with any questions or concerns and he responds immediately. The quiet is blissful. No fan noise. Check out FSP YouTube videos to watch him build and test the fan less computers.

Excellent service and results! I ordered a new computer from Matt, and my wife had Matt find and adapt a fanless graphics card to feed a true-color 4K monitor. Both of our computers work silently and flawlessly: my wife is using hers to photoshop her art works with great results for purposes of publication. Good, solid PC's, good support. The only reason rating isn't 5 stars is that I think the PC's are a bit on the expensive side. I was happy to pay the price though... I got a well thought out completely silent PC that meets my needs for a media center. The build is good and documentation complete. Can't rate response to problems because I didn't have any. They do answer questions promptly.
