Bill Gibbons I was very frustrated with my Hp 6500A Plus Printer trying to reset it. Every effort failed! As a last resort (if this didn't work I'm buying a new printer!!!!)I googled how people fixed their issues, and one stood out. A young lady said she contacted $25 Dollar Tech support and they fixed it. I called and he fixed it pronto, quick and easy, he also fixed my Word Document, it was causing me issues.
