Good value and responsive tech support Got a RDY Slate 8MP 002 while it was on sale. Had to contact tech support since I didn't know how to open the side panel in order to install the video card. I was surprised how quickly the tech support responded to my email and solved my problem. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
