The user interface is very intuitive and when I had trouble getting a few metrics from Meta Business Suite, the tech support was responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend this product enough!

We got help from Customer Support to set up our account and they've helped us multiple times until we got it right. Very poor product and poor support Very poor product. I bought annual subscription and after 10 days, it stopped working for Shopify, FB and IG. My all client reports are broken because of this. Support is also very poor and unresponsive. Had Shopify data refresh issue since last 1.5 months. They still haven't resolved this. Don't fall for cheap pricing. Go for other reliable providers.
