I provided some data to help them see the discrepancies, then they asked me for the full data. Isn't it a little weird to sell you a tool to automate your data pulls when the data is actually backfilled with a manual export pulled by you from your Shopify store? Isn't it like stealing your watch and then telling you the time?... When I challenged them, they avoided then dropped the ball.
