Very poor product and poor support Very poor product. I bought annual subscription and after 10 days, it stopped working for Shopify, FB and IG. My all client reports are broken because of this. Support is also very poor and unresponsive. Had Shopify data refresh issue since last 1.5 months. They still haven't resolved this. Don't fall for cheap pricing. Go for other reliable providers.

Looker Studio Connectors are some of the best. I been using PMA for their Looker Studio Connectors. Primarily for Facebook Insights and Ads. Their connectors are fast and fetch data SUPER quickly. So much better than some competitor products that I've tried that cost 3x+ more. PMA has a super simple on-boarding process and you're up and running in minutes. Highly recommend.

Shopify query not working… Shopify queries not working with data missing. Support claimed that they were trying to troubleshoot with Shopify, but their only proposed solution to date has been to ask me to share a Shopify export for them to backfill the data. I provided some data to help them see the discrepancies, then they asked me for the full data. Isn't it a little weird to sell you a tool to automate your data pulls when the data is actually backfilled with a manual export pulled by you from your Shopify store? Isn't it like stealing your watch and then telling you the time?... When I challenged them, they avoided then dropped the ball.
