wow-very patient and knowledgeable I am not the most patient person to deal with - I become upset when computer things go wrong. "Harry" was extremely patient, and told me what he was doing step by step while he was repairing my computer - all the time I didn't have to leave home! I am a senior and it was a pleasant experience.
