GBI noticed that we had a discrepancy on… I noticed that we had a discrepancy on our account billing (a credit) and sent a message to the support team. Jessamyn confirmed there was a system wide glitch, which made the error, but let me know that if there was a refund available on our account they were leaving as is. I thought it was so generous that they had a glitch and let us keep the benefit. That shows excellent customer service, in my opinion. Jessamyn was the rep that helped me and she was delightful to work with. We love working with Number Barn for our phone number needs.

THOutstanding customer service when… Outstanding customer service when porting my number in. My agent was well equipped with the knowledge to facilitate the process when a technical glitch came up by offering a workaround. Would recommend them 1000%.

GBNumberBarn is as advertised NumberBarn is as advertised! After my father passed away, I didn't want to keep paying for his monthly cell phone just to able to keep his number (which he had had my whole life) NumberBarn offered the perfect solution. Later on, I transferred a second number to their service, and when there was a slight issue with the transfer going through, they were super responsive, communicated daily, and got it quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

CAGreat customer service Great customer service. I had parked a number that I had for years as a land line and I added a few other numbers at very fair prices. The only small bump in the road was a slow port over from my current cell phone supplier. Number barn verified and moved the transaction along. Thank you customer service team.
