Most prompt company I've ever dealt with. Always prompt to answer questions and fix issues. Honestly, one of the most prompt companies I have ever dealt with. Everything happens quick with FixRunner. I considered cancelling my membership initially after they fixed a couple issues I was having, not because of them just because I didn't know if I would need it... but whenever I think of something, or for some reason if our website has a problem, I immediately can email them and its resolved. It's worth the peace of mind, and almost like an insurance policy on your website (with no deductible!). I will be a long time member of Fixrunner.

Excellent team, excellent service! Ilija was absolutely great! We migrated our site to a new server which knocked a few visual bits and pieces out, however the team over at Fixrunner worked their magic and within 24 hours of the original request being made the site looked good as new. An experience that went beyond my expectations. After investing too much of my own time trying to resolve a malware issue on my website, I tried Fixrunner and I am so glad I did.
