FAST & able to fix any issue I run into I have two small businesses, both heavily reliant on a great website. I've bounced around to a few different tech guys and have never been able to get consistent, reliable help until finding Fix Runner. I found them after running into a tech problem that I paid two other tech experts to fix, and both failed. Fix Runner responded to me within minutes and had the issue fixed within a single hour. Everyone I have worked with at Fix Runner is extremely knowledgable, professional, kind, and FAST. I've yet to run into an issue they couldn't fix, and they will keep working on it until they get it right. Five stars, for sure!

Most prompt company I've ever dealt with. Always prompt to answer questions and fix issues. Honestly, one of the most prompt companies I have ever dealt with. Everything happens quick with FixRunner. I considered cancelling my membership initially after they fixed a couple issues I was having, not because of them just because I didn't know if I would need it... but whenever I think of something, or for some reason if our website has a problem, I immediately can email them and its resolved. It's worth the peace of mind, and almost like an insurance policy on your website (with no deductible!). I will be a long time member of Fixrunner.

All looked hopeless. Then I found FixRunner! My web site was transferred to a new hosting site. Immediately, all links images database, etc did not work at all. got constant 404 errors. Saw no WordPress admin screens. Tried for two weeks to fix it myself. No luck. Found FixRunner using a search for wordpress repair companies. All the reviews looked good so I tried them. Honest, they took all of 1 - 2 hours to fix it all. If you are reading this review and are on the fence about who to fix your web site, just do it. You be up and running quickly. Just like me ;)
