very quick and helpfull chat option needed license but the first two didn't want to activate; even the third was stubbern; but the chat was very helpfull seemed nothing wrong with the license keys and activation through slmgr command solved it all

Edit: Thw weekend next to the adquisition I received the email transcripted below: ----- Dear Customer, We recently checked your payment as pending status, Which may the result of misunderstanding, So we've refunded your full payment. You need to pay us again, As PayPal payment request has been sent by xxxx xxxx. You license will be canceled, In case we did not receive your payment within the timeframe. Hope to understand or Feel free to ask, If you've more queries about it. ------- Well, now the license seems that will be cancel.led and I'm waiting to know what to do...

First key didn't work, Second work fine. Good service. First key didn't work. Used website chat to correct problem. Had another key within an hour of original order. This was on a Saturday night PST. Very happy with the service. Purchased Windows 10 Pro.
