I had questions on compatibility with my monitors and they were able to quickly answer them via chat. Received everything in a timely manner and everything seems to be functioning as design. Great customer service Found a stand that I thought was good and they suggested an even better one. Ordered a freestanding version then later decided to get the clamp version. I did have to pay to ship it back, deducted from refund, but the return process was quick and easy. Got the clamp version and all is good. All communication was by email with quick responses.
