Revolutionizing the Textbook Industry I think Packback is a great alternative to typical college textbook companies. Paying full price for a book is waste of money especially when teachers only make you write one paper from it. The idea to have 24 hour daily rentals is great for finals week. Other cool features of the company are being able to sell your textbooks and find where you can get a textbook with the price comparison tool. I would definitely recommend this to my friends!!

Awesome company, awesome idea! As a college student, this website makes using textbooks easy and cheap. It really does save me hundreds of dollars per semester by offering $5 daily rentals. I would honestly encourage everyone to look into this company and use it.

Non existent customer support and terrible service Purchased an ebook for over $65 and was unable to open. Tried on multiple devices to troubleshoot. Attempted to reach customer support 6 times over two days. Never reached a human nor received call back. Class in in progress and no textbook. Guess will try Cheggs and go through credit card dispute so I can get my $$$ back from this useless service.

Game Changer! Packback.com is a true game changer! With the unique option to rent a textbook by the day for less than $5, Packpack offers a cheaper alternative to buying expensive textbooks. This company is a tool that every students needs to take advantage of. As a senior nearing graduation, I wish I discovered Packback freshman year! I could have used the extra cash I would have saved.

The Redbox of Textbooks! Packback has changed the way I use textbooks in school! I got singed up by a rep at my school with a free rental and started using their Redbox style pay per day digital textbook rentals. An awesome concept that lets me only pay for books when I need them (lets be honest thats almost never). I most recently discovered their buying and selling used book section. I am able to compare multiple websites for buying and selling textbooks so I can get the most money for my old books or buy a used book if Packback does not offer it yet.
