Serves its purpose pretty well. The quality is average which was what I expected from a deskpad. The product serves my needs in tidying up my desk space while protecting the desk top at the same time. The package was in good condition as well as the presentation of the product. The stitching and finish on the product are pretty good too.

Proactive customer service Customer service reached out to me after I checked on my tracking number to proactively give me an update (I wasn't worried or anything, I know that shipping at the end of the year is always slower/spotty). I really appreciated that they thought of me worrying! It was really very nice of them. They even did a final check after the tracking information indicated that the keyboard mat reached my home to make sure it was delivered!
