Developer but not a coder? I am developer and not a coder and have used phprunner for over 6 years now. Their development has come a long way and they continually improve the product. I use outside help when I need programming assistance and sometimes that comes from xlinesoft folks. They are very responsive with their service support. This is great product and company!

Best PHP code generator I've found. I've found PHPRunner to be the best code generator that I've come across. Once you have figured out configuration and how to publish on whatever host you are choosing (which can be tricky because configuration for every host is slightly different) you can get a web driven database prototype in 15 minutes. Give it a day and you will have something that could easily be presented as a first version.

I've seen development platforms come and go over the years. PHPRunner is here to stay. It initially takes a little getting used to how it does things, how to and where to implement the things you need to but I've always found a way. Excellent support and an active forum with knowledgeable users always willing to help and share knowledge. The software is amazing, the support is scary The software is amazing, just perfect, nothing wrong. I work with it a lot, and based my complete business system on it. This is also what makes me more and more frightened. The problem is that the support is really terrible. The owner (sergey) is rude, arrogant, does not read anything, and does not accept any complaints. If he thinks you mean something negative on the forum he just close your account. This is not a big software company that cares. This is a 1 guy that can just tell you once; Hey, you are not allowed to work with my software anymore, from now.. Then what.. I really like the software, but I am getting a littlebit scared about the way the owner cares about his customers. I hope he will understand sometime that customer satisfaction is important. The software on its own would be definitely 5 rating.
