Best PHP code generator I've found. I've found PHPRunner to be the best code generator that I've come across. Once you have figured out configuration and how to publish on whatever host you are choosing (which can be tricky because configuration for every host is slightly different) you can get a web driven database prototype in 15 minutes. Give it a day and you will have something that could easily be presented as a first version.

Developer but not a coder? I am developer and not a coder and have used phprunner for over 6 years now. Their development has come a long way and they continually improve the product.
