We've found PHPRunner to be excellent I've been using their products for over 10 years. they are constantly upgrading and provide excellent technical support. Ver 10 was unfortunately released too soon. If you are trying out the product, ask for a 9.8 trial version

PHPRunner is by far the best web application development system I have come across and I've tried plenty. I'm a long time developer and programmer - starting back in the 80's. I've seen development platforms come and go over the years. PHPRunner is here to stay. It initially takes a little getting used to how it does things, how to and where to implement the things you need to but I've always found a way. Excellent support and an active forum with knowledgeable users always willing to help and share knowledge. You can develop a complete web application with database knowledge (to work with tables) but you don't need PHP coding knowledge. But If you have, you can use it and get it better. Very powerful, with little applications and with huge too. Very good customer support.
