PHPRunner is by far the best web application development system I have come across and I've tried plenty. I'm a long time developer and programmer - starting back in the 80's. I've seen development platforms come and go over the years. PHPRunner is here to stay. It initially takes a little getting used to how it does things, how to and where to implement the things you need to but I've always found a way. Excellent support and an active forum with knowledgeable users always willing to help and share knowledge. 15 years experience of phprunner I have only ever used high level languages (Basic and the early database scripts) so the fact that I have been able to create, maintain and enhance numerous data based applications on the web since 2006 when phprunner 3.1 was the current version speaks for itself. I am now using version 10.5 and find this very reliable and it has more facilities than I know how to utilise. In summary I'd say this was the perfect data based application generator for non programmers. And even for the latter they would be well advised to use it to build the core of an application.
