Superb in every way possible I have owned my Orbital computer for over 2 years and every time I've had any questions/concerns of any kind, they have been more than helpful. The customer service and timeliness of response is beyond anything I've ever seen in business. I've recently had an item shipped by Orbital show as delivered by Fedex that never arrived. I contacted Orbital and they immediately contacted Fedex and have gone well out of their way to resolve my problem. They really go out of their way in every way possible. Couldn't be more happy about choosing Orbital!

On time delivery, courteous service, and awesome computer. When my old PC was slowing down and invaded by viruses, I contacted Danny (learn about his company from Ninja). Danny built me a new PC which was delivered in a week. I've been using it and very happy with it. If I have issues or don't understand something, Danny is there to solve or walk me through them patiently even on Holiday weekend. What sealed the deal for us was two years later a component failed (manufacturer issue) and we had a full diagnosis same day and parts in the next! Great trading computer After much research, I decided to upgrade my trading computer and had Orbital build one for me. They could not have been more helpful in answering questions and suggesting what I should have....and it was not an upsell, in fact, they advised I did not need some of the extra bells and whistles that were available. I took it into my office to have my tech guy program it and he was very impressed with the entire package, speed and hardware. I will definitely buy another from them when I need it.
