Both Ron and Rebecca share a plethora of knowledge and skills that when anything goes wrong whether its my computer, website, or a complicated new smart TV they can figure it all out quickly and effectively. They are very reasonable and I highly recommend their services if you need help.

My Computer was Hacked!!! My computer was hacked and my bank referred to RST to have my computer stripped. I was never so pleased as when I spoke to Rebecca. I was able to take my computer to RST immeduately and, have work done and picked ot up the same day. Plus they added extra security to prevent this from happening. It was my lucky day that I found this… It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop. This is one of those business's that you say after your first visit "I will never go anywhere else". The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :) But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop. It is a quality that can't be faked. What a happy place to visit.
