USWhat made our Experience Great? What made our Experience Great? John...plain and simple. The guy is a straight-up hard worker. LIke they used to make in the day. Dude shows up, ontime, has the depth of knowledge, the parts & the equipment to solve the issue. And reasonable prices are a benefit We have employed IT professionals before, but the way those techs spoke to us left us feeling demeaned and under-valued. John's company breaks all those rules - he is actually a good man with a heart to provide great service. John is even rubbing off on his colleague, Cody. First couple calls with him were "tight" & "transactional", but recently his 'bedside manner' has markedly improved, and it is becoming more of a pleasure to work with him, as well. USProblem solved. Highly recommend. My laptop had a virus which totally locked up my computer. Cody and Rich worked diligently to resolve the problem. I had to return back for another issue and both gentleman spent the extra time and offered suggestions to prevent further problems. I will return back to them in the future. Thank you.
