SignUpGenius is a great one stop organizer for events. I have enjoyed using SignUpGenius to plan volunteer experiences and conferences. It's nice to have all of the information in one place. Once I learned the interface, I am have been to set up events quickly and easily. I like the look of the product both as a user and as a participant.

Not all emails are recognized It’s frustrating that I got blocked on my Hotmail account. And then all the other people in my groups I create that have Hotmail or Outlook will not receive the signup because they can’t understand why it’s not working all of a sudden and can’t understand how to create the account again. So frustrating!

Great for Non-Profits! I love the digital aspect, and it's ability to have people sign-up at their convenience. I love that I can also organize it out by date and time, and put specific roles for others to sign-up. It works great for meal trains, potlucks and childcare registration. Super grateful for this amazing and free resource!

Good For Church Group Sign Ups As a leader of a church organization the Sign Up Genius has been super helpful. The fact that it's free is very much appreciated. However the older women seem to struggle to navigate their way using the Sign Up Genius, they want a piece of paper to sign up on. The website overwhelms them and their options are not always clear to these senior women. I would like it if the free banners/photos were lumped together and the paid for ones were kept separate. Add a cowboy/cowgirl photo in the free section. Also, the wording for the sign up slot choices are not clear. Examples of what I'm choosing would be nice to see.

Such a great and easy way to create… Such a great and easy way to create sign up sheets for anything. Whether it be volunteering at an event or a meal train for someone who is sick, SignUp Genius has it covered. I also love that you can duplicate a past sign up and make edits for any future events.
