GBQuick email response I am a CleanMyMac customer and had occasion to email a question. I received a very quick email response. Admittedly, I must have asked the question during normal working hours, but I am very pleased. The fast response saved me time.

ESApp purchased, but I can't activate and support acts with no sense I purchased a one-year-subscription, and days after I cancelled it and asked for a refund. Te support contact said refund it's not possible. Ok, so I'll keep the app for one year and after that it won't renew. When I try to activate the app it says I have no plan purchased. On the web I try to manage my subscription and it says I have one-year and one device to install on, but it's impossible to activate the app on my device. I've been emailing with Ilija, MacPaw Customer Support, and that person is acting as an idiot in the way he/she pretends not to understand what I'm saying and repeating the facts I'm saying in the mails, without giving me a solution. It's about 10 mails with no sense. Absolutely disappointed, I paid for app, I can't use it and support team is saying no sense.
