First time buyer As a first time buyer I was quite nervous, it was bought for my daughter who was delighted when it arrived earlier than expected and has been using daily. A minor issue with the mouse pad reported at 11pm recieved a response email before 8am the next day and was corrected straight away. I would definitely buy at computer discounts in the future.

I was looking to update my desk top… I was looking to update my desk top system and whilst online I came across Computer Discounts. After careful consideration I decided to go for a refurbished HP laptop. It was approx one third of new price. It arrived promptly and I am interested process of setting it up.

bought a MacOS Catalina a few years… bought a MacOS Catalina a few years ago. Within a couple days it was having some issues. I had already set it up and had to send it back which was in itself very annoying. However, they helped and were quick and sent me another laptop in replacement. After that experience and having set up another one, this strange vertical line appeared on my laptop about less than a year later. It was annoying but see-through and having done so much with this laptop already, I notified them but put it off because I didnt want to re-start the whole process AGAIN. And now that line has turned into a solid 2inch band and they cant help me because it's beyond their contract, even though the problem started early on and I notified them.

Highly Recommended for great service and product I ordered a 2015 Apple Macbook Air Powerful 13.3" Core i5 8GB RAM 256GB SSD just as a back up laptop not expecting much. As I had only paid £360 I was not expecting the earth. I followed the tracking from day one and it was delivered after only four days. The Macbook is immaculate and works brilliantly. Don’t deal with this company I bought a refurbishediMac from this company and have had endless problems. You can never speak to the company by phone. Took it to an Apple Store only to be told we can’t do anything with the computer because it is still belonging to some company in America. Authentication problems I have been trying to return this computer and hear nothing back from them. A very unhappy client who will take this further
