A week later when it was revived I got a confirmation text and the amount I was supposed to receive. It was a see me less process and easier than getting a quote from a local shop. Good experience! Overall pretty happy. I was offered less than what I was quoted after they looked at my laptop, but they explained in detail the reason for the lower offer. They were friendly and efficient in processing the sale. I would also like to mention that I had contacted several different companies about selling my laptop, and no one accepts Chromebooks, apparently. Cash For Used Laptop was the only company willing to purchase my Chromebook, so thank you!
