Poor adhesive connection to Tesla display Great charger, only problem is that it keeps falling off the Tesla screen display onto the floor 😩 despite buying more 3M adhesive pads! Response from customer service tries to lay fault with “heat” and not being installed correctly. Laughable because I followed the directions twice now, and car not exposed to any heat. The very small surface area with the 3M adhesive attaching the wireless charger to the Tesla screen display is very small resulting in limited ability for long lasting attachment. In my opinion, it’s a poor engineering design limits usefulness of product. iPhone/wireless charger works great in the Tesla console cup holder!! Great talking point for people traveling with you in your Tesla! Customer care not very receptive or helpful and sticks to rigid company policies rather than helping the customer display their product in a better manner. This is not good for company optics. Thus, cannot recommend their product as reliable.
