They are very accommodating They are very accommodating! Not only is the product very well made and durable, but their customer service is the best I’ve seen. I had an issue with shipping but they took care of it write away! They were very responsive and understanding, something I really value as a customer. I am definitely recommending this company to friends and family and will continue to use them for the future!

Poor adhesive connection to Tesla display Great charger, only problem is that it keeps falling off the Tesla screen display onto the floor 😩 despite buying more 3M adhesive pads! Response from customer service tries to lay fault with “heat” and not being installed correctly. Laughable because I followed the directions twice now, and car not exposed to any heat. The very small surface area with the 3M adhesive attaching the wireless charger to the Tesla screen display is very small resulting in limited ability for long lasting attachment. In my opinion, it’s a poor engineering design limits usefulness of product. iPhone/wireless charger works great in the Tesla console cup holder!! Great talking point for people traveling with you in your Tesla! Customer care not very receptive or helpful and sticks to rigid company policies rather than helping the customer display their product in a better manner. This is not good for company optics. Thus, cannot recommend their product as reliable.

Best customer service in the world Four words: best customer service EVER. Reddit folks recommended I try MagBak over some substandard chargers I'd tried in the past. So I ordered a base charging unit and a car lighter usb charger. This was back in February 2024. Unfortunately, I had issues getting the magnet to adhere to my dash and then the charger itself didn't seem to be working. Also unfortunately, I neglected to raise either issue within the return window, so I thought I was SOL. Still, I wanted MagBak to know about the issues, so I emailed them, thinking I'd never hear from them again. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did the help desk get back to me within 24 hours, but they proceeded to troubleshoot with me and, ultimately, ended up sending me an entirely new unit FOR FREE. Lo and behold, not only did the magnet adhere to the dash, but the charger itself actually works and works well. So even though I'd dumbly not raised the issues within the return window, MagBak did me a solid by replacing the unit ENTIRELY and made sure the product worked as stated. It was, in a nutshell, awesome-sauce. I not only will order other things from them again, but I will sing their praises to anyone within earshot. MagBak team rules!
