Following my purchase, I noticed the inventory still showed one remaining, so I had assumed it was out-of-stock, and the website did not reflect that. I emailed support, EJ responded within minutes to confirm it was in-stock. I ordered on the 10/06, it was delivered via FedEx on 10/07, literally in my hands less than 24-hours after my purchase. The problem is the shipping The problem is the shipping. I was unaware that a signature was required so it wasn't delivered while I was out for dinner. The delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow and now I have to stay at home all day tomorrow waiting for Fed Ex which can be any time of the day. Day later and I have received it. It would be great if I could have specified no signature required when ordering. However, the monitor mount I received is incredible: well packaged and complete. The product is so nice that I am raising my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.
