Companies has a large disconnect with their customers, the automate emails for reviews but don't bother to see if the product has actually been delivered

Good experience. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the delivery. Though my keyboard is extra large, this product did the job as described. One thing, the plastic under the clip is not suitable for all surfaces, as it tents to close when force aplied (at least in my desk surface). Nevertheless it is a very good product and it is recommended especially for people that spend too many hours with a keyboard.
