GBUNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST ONLINE STORE, BUYER BEWARE ! I cancelled Office 2016 online purchase on 1/9/2019, product has not been downloaded, product key not activated. Customer Service said will check product activation and to expect 3-4 days for credit. Never received any update from them, I disputed the charge with AMEX a month later, MySoftwarePro later claimed product key has been activated as an excuse not to refund my purchase. Either they sold me bad Product Key in the first place or lied about the product key has been activated since I never even downloaded the online purchase. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, online store. BUYER BEWARE.
