Awesome custom PC Custom Lux built me one of their mid-range PCs for gaming, trading, and general work. It arrived quickly and well packed. After some initial testing, I found the GPU was under-specced from what I ordered. Pat immediately offered to make it right, and we agreed to an upgraded GPU from what I ordered. Pat walked me through swapping the cards, and talked me through hours of troubleshooting on both a Saturday evening and well after midnight on a Wednesday. We actually discovered the RAM was faulty, and again Pat immediately made it right. Once we had that sorted, my PC booted right up and was running even better than before. I am stoked on my purchase, and I now have an awesome, future-proof machine to work on for years to come.

Great Experience I don't have a lot of tech knowledge but I was guided through the whole purchase. The differences between the PCs were explained thoroughly to help me make a decision. Once I made the purchase the PC arrived a week later. I couldn't be happier. I use the desktop for work and day trading.

This was not a laptop issue so technically they didnt have to help me. I spend hours on a Microsoft chat and then more hours on the phone without any solutions.
