My best computer repair experience. My computer hard drive crashed, I received the blue screen of death and to make matters worse I smelled something burning in my computer. The computer was not able to turn on at all and I became desperate. I found MDofPC after trying out several places, including Best Buy and another local computer store. They all told me the same thing -- buy a new computer. What?! So I didn't give up, and found MDofPC right after from the internet. From the beginning they, well he (Jay) told me my computer really was in bad shape, but they were optimistic and could fix it. The whole thing would only cost $120... and I couldn't believe how cheap that was compared to buying a new computer. Afterwards, and I'll try to remember what they told me, they told me about my CPU fan was not working, and could replace it with a spare that they had. They were able to back up all of my files onto a USB drive and reinstall all the software for me to get my computer up and running again. Everyone at the store was nice and acknowledged me, repaired my computer in less than 2 hours. Wow! So, I walked out a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. Just a great experience!

Quick and cheap I called MDofPC number when my PC unit in my office crashed by a new program and stopped working at the same time. The technician was on time and professional. He diagnosed my PC within a second and found the issue. Then he fixed it. All done within 2 hours and for an affordable price.

Valuable service I forget to turned off my internet connection when my 5 years old son borrowed my PC to played a game. Average 2 hours when I back to him, I found my PC has infected by PC virus and so many of error messages shown up on my screen. I called MD of PC in Coraopolis, PA and the technician came in within an hour. He delete the virus from my PC and installed a new anti virus on it. He was also advised me how to prevent my son use my internet connection while he play the game on my PC. It was a valuable service. I love it.

They Listen to you and then provide solutions! Recently I wanted to upgrade my computer. I wanted to increase the ram and add an additional monitor. I was fortunately able to locate MDofPC Doctor of Computers online to inquire about getting some work done. I am a musician and wanted the extra memory to run different musical plug-ins. I told them want I wanted to do and they made valuable suggestions to help upgrade my computer. They were very quick and easy to work with and my computer is now more than I could have ask for. Not only did we increase the ram, but, I knew I needed to get a new motherboard and possibly a new power supply. They installed the new motherboard and power inside a larger case that was needed. I had a quad core processor and was upgraded to a 8 core processor, but the thing that has made me the most pleased is the video card I have which is a AMD XFX Radeon HD 7750 Core Edition. It has enabled me to run my three monitors, 2 X 27" and one 32" display monitor. The card displays videos very smoothly and the resolution on all the monitors is nothing short of amazing! It is rare when you get some work done on something and get much more than you ask for, but that is the case with my experience in working with MDofPC Doctor of Computers. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a simple repair to something more complicated. They LISTEN to the customer and work to satisfy you with your valuable equipment. And did I say they were fast. Just great, great service.
