A Rip off company - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I bought a mobile phone recharger. It was faulty. I sent it back. They said they would refund the postage. They didn't. They do not respond to emails and the phone just rings. They say they respond within 48 hours. Yeah, right. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM

DONT GO NEAR THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY ! Website makes them look like a tip top business withfeeback that sings their praises .... pmsl .... which was probably written by themselves ! Placed order .... recieved email notification that my order had been recieved .... then nothing ! You cannot contact them as the 'contact us' link on their site dosent work. You will NEVER get through on the telephone as you always get a man saying 'all customer servicesare busy ... haha, customer services, dont think they have one at all !! Like many you will pay and get NOTHING ! An awful company who are unbelievebly still allowed to trade even though Trading Standards are aware of them. DONT TOUCH UM WITH A BARGE POLL !!!

Wish I had seen these reviews Received a SD - 240v Mains to 12v Car Converter : 1 : 9.95 delivered OK but lasted 3 hours & so far 0 response from the company. Really dissapointed. Do not buy from these people, I wish I had seen this page first & feel really silly trusting them.

RUBBISH COMPANY I ordered some car radio speakers to put in my caravan they were nice and small to fit on the shelf available. Very quickly my parcel arrived - but instead of car speakers they sent mains speakers which were twice the size and unsuitable for use, i contacted M99 and they said sorry i was dissatisfied and to send them back, this was fine but who was going to pay the post of £7.50. after 5 mails and 4 weeks i have decided to keep the speakers and use them in the shed - better to have something for my money than nothing at all as i am not sure that they would have refunded £20 either. so my advice is dont use this company because they send the wrong items and then totally ignor their customers.

Wrong item - refusal to reply to request for correct item I ordered a handsfree headset for an HTC x7510 - they say their handsfree set consist of in-ear phones, microphone and clip They sent me an ordinary set of earphones, ni microphone, no clip and the wrong plug. All emails, phonecalls etc have gone unanswered
