I needed it to be graphically pleasing, easy to deploy by the company and even easier to navigate by the user. All that came with SurveySparrow. The tool for survey creation is intuitive, very easy to achieve desired results. On top of a brilliant tool, guys at survey sparrow offer good customer support. I can whole heartedly reccomend.

Survey Sparrow software is easy to use The software is easy to use, as well as reasonably priced. Customer support is excellent and helped resolve my client's issues quickly. Survey sparrow offers a free trial, so we try it before purchasing a plan. Additionally, we received a personal free account. There are many types of surveys that we can conduct here, such as video surveys and white-label surveys. We can also collect payments through the use of Survey Sparrow surveys.

Happy to have switched to Survey Sparrow… We've switched over to Survey Sparrow and so far finding it great to use. The system is very intuitive and the support team have been very responsive when we've had a couple of little queries. Pricing seems reasonable - looking forward to seeing what else it can do!

I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward I found Survey Sparrow simple and straightforward to use. Support were very helpful as well. I also asked my participants to rate the survey (1 to 5); most users gave a 4 or a 5. I used the free, trial licence but would consider paying in the future. There were one or two minor issues around (a) logging the users' details and (b) around reporting. Integration to PowerBI is offered and I trialed this. Unfortunately, although the mechanism works, it is tedious to set up.

It is very easy to use and we get a very large no of options for surveys which make it very beautiful and effective. It is the best surveying tool that I have used till now.
