I also asked my participants to rate the survey (1 to 5); most users gave a 4 or a 5. I used the free, trial licence but would consider paying in the future. There were one or two minor issues around (a) logging the users' details and (b) around reporting. Integration to PowerBI is offered and I trialed this. Unfortunately, although the mechanism works, it is tedious to set up.

Tiresome and a scheme to get all your money. The interface is easy to use, and the surveys are great, however, you will always have to buy another plan. It's just a scheme to get all of your money. I extended my trial and my responses were locked. I purchased a plan with more responses and they counted those responses in the quota. Even if you delete your surveys, when you upgrade they will still make you pay for the deleted surveys even though you have no access to them. The worst part is the only thing customer service will say to you is that "I'm sorry, that's how it is".

So far, there has been no reason to regret choices made using the site’s guidance, and I am impressed. The catch here is that there is no way to reply to a reply, thereby making it one sided. It would make it easier if adjustment can be made in that regards.

Simple, effective, great support...what else do you need ? Some companies build great tech, some focus on sales / support. These guys do both. They know what the demand is, and how to make it simple enough for anyone to quickly set it up and publish. I definitely recommend trying out their services once, and you'll probably end up moving to a paid plan.
