Great host but performance issues Server hosting here has been great with faster restarts than I've had with other hosts. It's way easier to handle mods (for Ark) here than my last host. My only issue is the servers don't seem to be happy a lot of the time even with only a small group of players playing on them. I've had weird performance spikes that have ended up with players teleporting all over the map and my server shutting itself off due to RAM limitations (despite somehow only 1% of members encountering this). I don't consider what I'm running to be beefy at all so I'm surprised the host cannot handle it.

Support Unresponsive I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update. Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don't support that, but that you can do it if you modify the server files. Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a "contact support" state and I wasn't hearing back from support. I've had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere.

The hardware is good, Tech support less so. The hardware is good, and the pricing is great. Just the time it takes to get a response out of the support staff is too long. If a game server goes down on a Friday because of a bad patch and the servers on other providers can be manually restarted within an hour to working and it takes ArkServers 3 days? Maybe tell your Techies they can work some overtime? After all, to your customer, their server going down over a weekend is a major crisis.

These folks have been fantastic! These folks have been fantastic. Why? Because I haven't had to talk to customer support or tek support for any single reason. Any issues and there's immediate help for it right at my fingertips. Their prices are inexpensive and they offer exactly what I need.

Ive used multiple server hosts in the… Ive used multiple server hosts in the past to run my ark servers. Arkservers.io has by far been the best. Super simple to setup and manage settings and files. Mod installation is literally a click of a button. Ive never had any issues that required me to contact customer service but if its anything like their servers its top notch as well.
